BetaWave IT Solutions is seeking a motivated IT Support Intern who wants hands-on, real-world experience working with live systems, clients, and field technicians. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build practical IT skills—not just observe.
You will work on-site alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to real IT support operations in a managed services environment.
What You Will Learn
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting (Windows environments)
- Basic networking concepts (routers, switches, cabling)
- Ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Hardware installation and configuration
- Professional communication in a real client-facing IT role
- How a Managed Service Provider (MSP) operates day-to-day
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with IT support tickets
- Help set up and configure computers and peripherals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Shadow field technicians on on-site service calls
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic understanding of computers and troubleshooting
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Windows OS
- Basic networking knowledge
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ (or working toward)
